Our dinner menu is served in our elegant casual dining Bistro from 4.00pm to 9.00pm, seven days a week.
This is a diverse menu comprising well-loved traditional classics with a contemporary twist, as well as Head Chef David Howley’s own delicious creations.
All dishes are prepared using the finest seasonal ingredients of the day. We are passionate about supporting local, artisan food suppliers throughout our menus.
